I love your eye makeup! Its so perfect! Whenever I wear eyeliner though, it always seems to run and looks really bad! How do you prevent your eyeliner from running?

Ooh, eyeliner! A very common problem for all girls everywhere. A very easy way to achieve this no drippy eyeliner is simply applying some extra eyemakeup. This is what I mean. You could buy loreal no run eyeliner (its about $8) somewhere around there. Now, for some that may not be a problem, but that is a lot of money. Heres the secret withought buying the expensive eyeliner. Apply white or sheer eyeshadow to the creases of your eye. (This white eyeshadow can be found commonly anywhere, specially drugstores. Dont bother buying an expensive brand. You can buy cheap white eyeshadow as low as $1. Now after applying the eyeshadow, then do your eyeliner OVER the eyeshadow. It takes a lot of hard work to become as popular as ME. But of course being the me that I am, I will share with you some advice on being popular. Well one way is to participate in alot of stuff. Like totally join the cheerleading squad, or dance team, or something like that. Even though I maybe snobby, try not to be TOO snobby to everyone. Thanks! Im glad that you like my clothes! But hey you can get clothes like mine too! At almost anywhere! One of the best places to get my clothes is Hot Topic or another place you can get clothes that are similar to mine is from Girlfriends LA catalog. (try going to www.gfla.com from there request a catalog!) Trust me, theres alot of places to find clothes like mine. You can even try ebay to see what clothes they are auctioning that I wore! Theres this guy in my class. Hes really confusing! I cant tell if hes flirting with me or just being a stupid guy that he is .. (no offense that is ) so how can I tell what hes trying to do? Ah yes. Guys can be confusing I guess. Im not the type to "flirt" with girls but I can help you out on this one. Usually when a guy is nice to you or annoys you and at the same near time starts to tease you, it usually means hes trying to flirt with you. Take it from me, a guy, most guys wouldnt really play with a girls hair and then tease her. If guys are trying to make fun of the girl, they would do it constantly, and not be nice to you in just one day. Hope that clears it up.
