Our members were asked to take a day and observe the hummingbirds in their yards. They were to document, in whatever form they chose the daily activities of their wee jewels. The Literature Section is a collection of thoughts and feelings of our encounters with our little hummers in written form.
By joining together various literary forms, we allow the reader to experience along with us, our hummingbirds. Some chose to use poetry, while others wrote essays or short stories. Some even wrote tongue twisters. But no matter the form selected, we want to share with the reader our inner love of the hummingbird.
