He was born January 20, 1941, in Logansport and was one of fourteen children born to Judge Clifford Wild and his wife Mary. Ted was vice president of Medallion Mortgage of San Jose, California, and owned Postal Connection in Tucson. Ted attended Indiana University at Bloomington, Indiana. Services were held in Tucson. He and classmate Connie Otterman were married for a short time.
