Jerry Last lived in California, was divorced and had one son and one daughter.  Jerry was one of nine children and only three survive today.  Jerry's brother Meridith died in March of 2001, and a sister died in November of 2000.  The family in Logansport doesn't have many details about his death but were certain that he did not die in an automobile accident as had been reported.
