Sharon (Sherri) died in Greenbrier Valley Hospital, Fairlea, West Virginia, on Tuesday, February 23, 1999 at 3 p.m.  She was born  October 31, 1939, in Logansport, Indiana, where her mother still lives.
    On October 16, 1961, she married Herbert Aldridge and he survives in Rainelle.  She was a member of the Church of Christ in Rainelle and a homemaker.
    According to her family, she loved to watch the deer and birds and enjoyed being with her grandchildren.  She also enjoyed cross-stitching.  One grandson preceded in death.
    Surviving are her son and his wife, Willie and Tammy Aldridge of Rainelle; two daughters, Mindy Wilson and Becky Hodge, both of Rainelle.  She had one brother and two sisters who also survive along with eight grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
    Services were held in Rainelle with burial in Wallace Memorial Cemetery in West Virginia.
