Personally, I've liked most of Ada's partnerships in most of her tv series and films... at least of the one's that I've seen. Of those my favourites are...

-Ada+Bobby make a really funny couple, although they don't look particularly good together. I loved them in File of Justice V and am so looking forward to seeing them together again in Armed Reaction III.
-Ada+Lawrence make a rather good looking, stable, mature and loving partnership. They were very good in Healing Hands.
-Ada+Steven make a really fun loving, young, playful couple (I really enjoyed their partnership in On or Off the Track.)
-Ada+Sunny Chan in Secret of the Heart. For some reason, I really liked them together in this series, maybe it's cuz I really liked this series.
-Ada+Roger Kwok in At the Threshold of an Era. I really liked Roger's goofiness in ATE and I LOVE the scene when they reunite at the airport... the music swells, Roger's desperation and the expression in Ada's eyes when she gives in... I don't know, I really like that scene. :)

Other partnerships that I found enjoyable are...
-Ada+Chin Kar Lok in A Matter of Business. I actually enjoyed the series and thought they were quite amusing together.
-Ada+Louis Koo in At The Threshold of an Era. They look rather good together and all credit to the two of them for creating such a loving couple that when Lik turns on Ling, it feels even more tragic.
-Ada+Nick Cheung in Secret of the Heart for no other reason than they look good together. :)
-Ada+Cai Zhi-jian in Armed Reaction III for no other reason than they look good together. :)
-Ada+Simon Loui in Paramount Motel. A solid film with solid performances all round. She isn't in the film much, it's mostly a Simon Loui vehicle but her performance is solid and in keeping with the tone & mood of the film. While they don't look particularly good together, their two characters make a very intriguing couple.
-Ada+Tony Leung Chiu Wai in Your Place or Mine. A rather amusing and enjoyable film. Ada isn't in it quite enough which is a pity because I really liked her in this film. She plays her no-nonsense go-getting professional who has an emotional core with gusto. Tony and her aren't together a lot though. :(
-Ada+Lau Ching Wan in The Golden Girls. I think my fondness for this partnership is mostly because I really enjoyed this film. Ada, Anita Yuen (whom I'm not a huge fan of) and Lau Ching Wan (whom I adore) are really good in this nostalgic look at HK's filmmaking past.

Partnerships that I don't particularly like are...
-Ada+Timmy Ho in Romance of the White Hair Maiden. I actually didn't like the series much and I thought Timmy made a really wimpy hero. Ada was fine in the series but I felt her character collapsed somewhat towards the end and her performance could not save this series.
-Ada+Nicky Wu in My Heart Will Go On. The film was okay. The biggest reason to watch it is to see Ada who is rather good in the film. She is unfortunately let down by a cliched and generic script. I also didn't think Nicky was particularly good here and somehow Ada & Nicky lacked chemistry then. (Were they a couple by then?)
-Ada+Norman Tsui in The Professionals cuz he was way too old for her.

Partnerships I enjoyed but for icky reasons. :)
-Ada+Lin Jia-hua (I think that's his name) in The Link. They didn't really look good together cuz Ada is far too pretty for him in the series. I know I sort of enjoyed this partnership because Ada is AMAZING in this series. She's really good at playing bad. Those flashing expressive eyes will get you. :)
