Lorbooks chats about Zack Beaver... Subject: Re: When Zachary Beaver Came to Town Thanks for checkin out the site and touchin' base. Yes, I did assist for Hair and Makeup on Zachary Beaver. It was a really great shoot to work on.(except for strange rain we had, it rarely rains that time of year here) Most of the crew from right here at home, Austin. The kids were really sweet and took great care with one another, they are fine young actors. Eric had his beautiful dog, (I forgot her name,is it Goldie? I'll remember it as soon as this email is sent) on set. Eric was really great to work with, very easy mannered & fun and has the ability to become his character in the moment. When Zachary Beaver Came to Town is going to be a sweet film that will touch all ages. Happy New Year! Terri Ewton www.terriewton.com |

SHOWTIME PILOT (from TelevisionWithoutPity.com) lazyhardware Just Tuned In posted July 23,2002 8:01:04 PM EST A little news... "The Butterfly Effect" - http://movies.yahoo.com/shop?d=hp&cf=prev&id=1 808413763 It's dark. Do I see a pattern here? Also -- ******** Entertainment - Hollywood Reporter Spouses fill new Showtime 'Order' Fri Jul 12, 2:47 AM ET LOS ANGELES (The Hollywood Reporter) --- Showtime is getting "Out of Order" with a two-hour drama pilot to be toplined by Eric Stoltz and Felicity Huffman. In the project from the husband-and-wife feature writing duo of Donna and Wayne Powers ("Deep Blue Sea"), Stoltz is set and Huffman is in final negotiations to star as a Hollywood screenwriting couple whose long-term marriage is in crisis and who are dealing with clinical depression, affairs and obsessions. The story is told through the eyes of the husband, who sees his life as a movie. Donna and Wayne Powers wrote the script and will executive produce the pilot, which Wayne Powers will direct. The project is based on real-life experiences but is not autobiographical, Wayne Powers said. "Donna and I wanted to create main characters that are like many people we know at our age, going through crises and issues regarding addiction and fidelity," he said. As for the casting of Stoltz and Huffman, "They're perfect for the roles, and although this is a work of fiction, they do in some ways mirror Donna and myself," he said. Peter McIntosh (Showtime's "Feast of All Saints") will serve as a producer on the project, and Larry Sugar (Showtime's "Out of Time") will be a creative consultant. On the big screen, Stoltz most recently appeared in "Harvard Man" and Allison Anders' "Things Behind the Sun." He was nominated for a Golden Globe for his performance in "Mask." Stoltz, who next co-stars in "The Rules of Attraction" and "The Butterfly Effect," is repped by CAA. Huffman most recently co-starred in John Frankenheimer's film for HBO "Path to War," in which she portrayed Lady Bird Johnson. The actress, who earned a Golden Globe nomination for her role on "Sports Night," Aaron Sorkin's critically acclaimed series for ABC, is repped by ICM. Donna and Wayne Powers' latest feature project is the upcoming "The Italian Job," a remake of the 1969 heist movie, which is set to star Mark Wahlberg, Charlize Theron and Edward Norton. Donna and Wayne Powers, repped by UTA, also wrote "Valentine" and "Skeletons in the Closet," which Wayne Powers directed. Showtime declined comment. *** |
