On November 4, 1999 a 5.33 acre tract of partially wooded rolling pastureland located on Flat Creek Highway (Highway 82) in Lynchburg (Moore County), Tennessee became the retirement property of 'Ole Narc and his family. The property is a slice of heaven located in the
partially wooded rolling hills and pastureland of southern middle Tennessee.

While waiting for the "right time" to build and relocate, we were personally impacted by Hurricanes Francis and Jeanne (2004) and Wilma (2005). Due to subsequent outrageous (borderline criminal) escalating windstorm insurance rates, out-of-control taxes, along with politicians in the
pockets of greedy developers, we have been motivated to make the move .... NOW!

The Hamiltons are presently in transition to permanently trade tropical cyclone ravaged southeastern Florida for the slower paced country life of Moore County and have been blessed with a leased local residence. Our temporary cozy country home, nestled in the woods on Cobb Hollow
Road, is pictured below...
