A fellow actor and friend of Richard and Jonathan, William Rotunno, asked if they might put a scene or two on video to use when he goes in on auditions. Well, this was way too easy for them, so instead they decided to write and direct a short film for him to star in. Once they had the script written it was time to find a crew to help them shoot the short.
They found the cameraman that shot the video portion in their film "True Rights", Tony Salgado. This turned out to be a very good choice. The also invited their friends and GH co-stars, Maurice Benard (Sonny) and Tava (Chloe), to help them out as actors. Tony put together a creq and Richard and Jonathan began to task of shooting and directing their first film. It took three long days of hard work, and some miracles which they were thankful for, to get it done.
They were very pleased with the quality of both the acting and the crew to get a great looking film. It is now in the process of being edited and Richard and Jonathan are writting the music for the film!!!
