END OF SEASON SOCCER AWARDS
Michael Bass was awarded a gift certificate to Sports Relay by the coaches for having the most points at the end of the fall season. Points were awarded for practice attendance, game attendance, hustle at practice, and all-around attitude.
GUNNERS END FALL SEASON WITH A TIE
The LRSA 90 Gunners showed improvement in their playing on Saturday, October 29, in Lumberton against the Cape Fear Breakers playing to a 2-2 tie. The Gunners lead most of the game with the Breakers tying the game in the last minute of stopage time. Playing a excellent game in goal was Chad. Also showing alot of hustle was Michael Bass. Scoring for the Gunners were David Brady and Jakariy Jones. The Gunners have shown improvement in their last few games and should be more competitive in the spring season.
