Piaggio P180 AVANTI

Fatti
the Piaggio P180 'Avanti' is the only modern executive aircraft designed, manufactured and certified with the exotic three-lifting surfaces configuration. The develpment activity began in 1980 at Rinaldo Piaggio Industries in Finale Ligure, Italy, after many year of computer and wind gallery tests.

The maiden flight was on 20 august, 1986, FAA certificate was issued on 7 may, 1990.

The PiaggioP-180 is the fastest turboprop airtcraft, FAR23 certified, on production today.
