If you've an insatiable curiosity about the workings of the world, then you've come to the right place. We too have an insatiable curiosity about the world, and we seek to understand. We seek an explanation...for that which cannot be explained. We do so for our own knowledge, and the safety of those involved.
Thusly, the purpose for this site is twofold: one, to observe and record findings, and to provide a starting point for assistance.
So what do we do?
When we recieve a report, our goal is to ensure the safety of the persons involved, then, note, report and record the findings, eventually drawing some hypothesis and conclusions based on the results reported. Our Spotter teams are the initial contacts, who determine the basis of the situation and aid any member involved as required.
Once that has been determined, then we can know what type of action and further investigation is needed.
