Sugar Cookies

1 cup sugar
1 tsp.vanilla
1 cup lard
1/3 cup milk
3 cups flour
1 tsp.baking soda
2 tsp.cream of tarter
1 tsp.salt

beat eggs,add vanilla,lard,
sugar and beat.add milk,
beat again then add
flour,baking soda,
cream of tarter,salt.
roll out,cut and
bake at 350 degrees until
light in color.
