Spruance & Gilda's Babies

These babies have it all.
Dark pigmentation, and nice ear set. But the skeletal structure is what is most impressive; wonderful bone, breadth and depth of chest, and prominant forechest. Even at this young age the muscular potential is evident in these babies. Note the well defined muscle in these young pups.

What a front! Again, the promise of a powerful forechest. And what fantastic rear angulation....

depth of skull with good stop, a straight topline, depth of body. And even from just the photos you can tell the nice shoulder lay (if a dog/pup is straight of shoulder it usually lacks prominant forechest and length of neck).

Broad, typey heads, wide set eyes. Correctly proportioned, square muzzles with good breadth, depth and no sign of snippiness.
And the brindles are correctly brindled with fawn/apricot background completely covered in black stripes. The breed standard reads, "small patch of white on chest is permitted" but the white is extremely minimal on these pups.
As breeder/co-owner of the pups' sire, I am extremely proud of my Spru's part in producing these outstanding babies!
