Derek MacNeill -Owner/ Architect/ Master Carpenter
Derek spent most of his youth building ships at the Barras Isle shipyard in Scotland, On scholarship earned a degree in Structural Design and Construtural Engineering Technology from Penn State and a masters in business from Tulane. Has always been drawn to carpentry and it shows in the detail and craftmanship of pieces he creates.

Gus Ericson-Architect/ Master Electrician
Gus moved to New Orleans from Minnesota to work with Derek, Gus also recieved a SDCET degree from Penn State and learned his electronics abilities from his dad. Not much he can't wire, From lighting to sound systems to security systems to all kinds of little extras
Teodoro "Teo" Kastas- Master Plumber
Teo joined the staff recently, leaving his home in Mykonos Greece. He learned his skill apprenticing and working on new and old plumbing that is found in the resorts and inns that populate his homeland.
Marco Renzi-Master Mason
Marco moved to New Orleans from Montclair NJ. He graduated from Rutgers University and learned to be a Mason from his father and grandfather, Yes it was a family business and yes he has heard all the jokes about being Italian and working with cement. But no one can match his skill with masonry from marble to cinderblock
Josh Taylor-Gopher/Carpenter's Apprentice
Josh started working for Derek at age fifteen when he was caught vandalizing a worksite. He has been hanging around ever since, learning the trade from Derek and attending Tulane University School of Architecture
Robert"Rob" Greyson-  Recently joined us here at Macneill as  Architect/ Master Draftsman-Blueprints-Designs Rob Studied at "University of Houston School of Architecture" were he received a Masters degree in Architecture & Presentation Design And At Baylor University were he Minored in Architectural History & Environmental Design and received anAssociates degree in Visualization Sciences &  Blueprint Layout. From there he was Recruited by McVaugh Custom Homes were he worked before joining us.
