I first encountered this song in a Hellsing anime music video, where the person who made the file mistakenly called the song "The World is a Vampire." That was a very cool AMV, which definitely prejudiced me toward it. But it's awesome anyway.
The tune rules. It's cool to sing along to it, especially trying to fake Billy Corgan's voice.
It also makes a decent anthem for Ratkin, and for shapechangers in general. While it's not as good as Lithium is for Malkavians, it's still pretty decent (and it's an awesome tune, which all anthems should be, regardless of how well their lyrics fit.) Now prepare yourself, for I have learned how to copy/paste into Pagebuilder:

--Vampires are one of the main enemies of the werewolves (and Ratkin), and control the cities. Ratkin fight in the cities. The Ratkin therefore try to pull the control away from the vampires, to destroy the order and spread chaos. However, this is extremely difficult to actually do, especially when you consider that the vampires have carefully set plans and schemes, when all the Ratkin have is Rage and some AKs..

--The Ratkin in question is a Twitcher, if you haven't noticed. He hopes that his insane visions and delusions are true, and he really has been chosen.
Now that I think about it, this really is quite an awesome anthem for Ratkin. And like I said it's a totally bitchin' tune.
