| I currently aim to have around 30-40 cavies at any one time (which is very few for breeders in the club - the average being around 70, some studs having 100-150+). I am a small, select stud, and beleive that it is Quality, not quantity that is important to remain a successful stud - both in breeding and exhibiting - and this can clearly be seen by show results over the past few years for Malibu Stud. This site is currently undergoing a major update, and transferring to a new site (but this will remain the home page). The new site will have much more information and photos - especially in the "information of cavy breeds" pages, where every recognised cavy breed will be. While these changes are being done there will be information on the exhisting site,as well as the new site. Please bear with me during these changes. If you see of any invalid links please let me know so I can correct them. |
