	The word 'Doktor' means doctor in German (and also in Filipino, the language commonly used in the Philippines, where I'm from!), which might make it logical to assume that he was of German descent. This guy built the Gundam Heavyarms, and according to one website, killed the real Trowa Barton. I'm not sure about that but if I'm wrong, just e-mail me.
