Dorothy Catalonia
Dorothy is um...unlike all the other women on the show, basically because they want the war to stop. But Ms. Catalonia LOVES war. And when I say she loves war, I mean REALLY loves war. She'd happily get married to war if it were possible, without a second thought.

Now the freaky eyebrow chick, which she is lovingly (and not-so lovingly) called, doesn't exactly love war for being war. She loves it (I'm taking another wild guess) because that's what she lived and breathed ever since she was young-her mom died whe she was a kid, so she was raised by her father, a general in the Alliance military. I don't know exactly why and when he died, but he did, and Dorothy went to live with her grandfather, Duke Dermail. Both men probably had very little to no knowledge whatsoever on how to raise girls (my bet's on NO), so she was brought up as a boy, learning how to fence and most likely sitting in on battle planning sessions while she was doing her homework.

I'm not sure how old she is, but Pagan said that she was around Relena's age. Or 15.

Dorothy was the last woman to be introduced in the show. She was sent by the Romefeller Foundation to the school that Relena had founded in the Sanc Kingdom for the girls of peace-minded nations as sort of representative. Since Dorothy is the exact opposite of Relena, the two would often have heated arguments about war and peace. But in truth, Dorothy has a genuine respect for Relena and her ideals.

Dorothy's sole purpose in going to the Sanq Kingdom was to bring Relena to the Romefeller Foundation. With visible signs of the Sanq Kingdom's collapse, Relena reluctantly consented, and Dorothy took her to Duke Dermail and the rest of the Romefeller Foundation.

After that, Dorothy doesn't really have any major roles, that is, until she joins White Fang, a kind of rebel group who sought Milliardo Peacecraft as their leader, and denounced their support of Treize Khushrenada (I think). She reveals that she used to play with Treize and Milliardo when they were children, and that she wanted to join him. Milliardo sort of threatened her by telling Quinze/Kans to fire at her ship. But Dorothy sweet-talked him and eventually joined Milliardo on Libra.

She was restrained in Episode 46 by Quinze on Milliardo's orders. He called Dorothy a traitor because she begged Milliardo not to fire at Treize.  She was subdued in a cell, along with Quatre. At first, she shot at him, but the bullet missed. She then challenged him to a duel while controlling the mobile dolls with the ZERO system. Their duel is on my Top 25 Best Scenes In Gundam Wing.

While duelling with her, Quatre tries to convince her that she is a good, kind person, but Dorothy refuses to listen and stabs him. End of fight. Trowa helped the injured Quatre away. On his way out with the cargo (Quatre), he comments: "That's sad...a girl who can't cry." Dorothy, shaken by the truth in his words, begins sobbing uncontrollably.

She managed to use the ZERO system, without it controlling her (more like possessing her), which is something most of the Gundam pilots could not accomplish (remember poor Quatre?). While doing that, she was fighting with Quatre, and talking to him the entire time.

I LIKE Ms. Freaky Eyebrows! In fact, she's saner than most of the people in the Gundam Wing universe...say, Alex and Mueller? Or Tsubarov?

Did you know that Dorothy means 'gift of God?'
