General Septum
	General Septum commanded the Alliance's space forces. Unlike Noventa and Ventai, he took the attacks of the Gundams as a sign that the colonies planned to wage war against the Earth, and felt that certain measures should be taken to prevent this. He proposed to station his troops in space to circumscribe the colonies' activities. Septum wasn't a pacifist, unlike his colleagues, but his decisions were rational and appropriate to the circumstances given. He always agreed when Noventa spoke of peace, but thought it foolish to demoralize the Earth while the colonies were producing Gundams. Septum was a good guy in his own little way.
