Instructor H
	This guy was responsible for causing most of the problems on the show. He was the creator of the Gundam Sandrock, and sort of like a guest of the Winner family. A brilliant scientist, no doubt, but either he's got Alzheimer's or he's had it in for the world all along. After all, no right-minded person with pacifistic intentions would leave instructions for creating the ZERO system on a 15-year old boy's computer.  Am I right or am I right? Well, that's EXACTLY what Instructor H did. And without him, the show might've ended differently, and we wouldn't see the glory of Quatre going ZERO. Thank you, Instructor H. Apart from the senility, or possibly malice, that we can charge him with, there's really very little to say about Instructor H. He's a squat little scientist who appears to be Italian, and bears a slight resemblance to Luigi, the Mario brother.
