Lieutenant Mueller
	He piloted an Aries mobile suit that he called 'Blue Angel.' He graduated from the Lake Victoria Base, along with his (cough) partner, Lieutenant Alex, some time before the start of the show. The nonchalance with which he ruthlessly murdered opposing troops (even those who had already surrendered, mind you) invokes in one a suspicion that either he was really a nutcase or really had no idea what he was doing.
