Lieutenant Otto
	Otto was a lieutenant in the Specials division of OZ, and operated under the command of Zechs Marquise. Zechs put him in charge of repairing the tallgeese during OZ's coup, though Otto offered to go with Zechs to fight. When the Tallgeese was completed, Otto served as its test pilot. During the tests he suffered broken ribs and injuries to a number of internal organs. Still, he insisted on showing Zechs the completed suit himself. When Zechs's attack on the Sanq Kingdom's military base failed to free it from Alliance rule, Otto left the medical facilities and decided to undertake the mission himself, knowing that the only way to succeed would be through his own sacrifice. he drove the Tallgeese into the Alliance's base As far as can be surmised, Otto never knew why the Sanq Kingdom was important to Zechs. He never questioned Zechs's motives, never wavered in his devotion-he sacrificed himself on pure trust. He was as brave, as noble, as loyal, and as kind as any of the other characters of Gundam Wing.
