Vice Foreign Minister Dorlian
	Mr. Dorlian (Formerly a Sanq Kingdom official of some unspecified variety) raised Relena Peacecraft as his own daughter after her parents, the Peacecraft monarchs, were killed. He was the Alliance's Vice Foreign Minister, in charge of negotiations between the Earth and the colonies. He tried to uphold the pacifistic beliefs of his former country. It was impossible to convince the Alliance officials that the colonies wanted peace while reports of Gundam attacks were springing up around the globe. Dorlian made a spectacle of himself by trying to take on the world-a business that never works for pacifists, and often ends up getting themselves killed. Because of this, Treize Khushrenada employed Lady Une to kill him, which she did, by throwing a makeup compact into the building he was in. (I am now inherently distrustful of all makeup compacts) It's a dangerous job, trying to promote peace and preaching pacifism between two forces which ultimately hate each other. He would've lived longer if he planned his strategies better, or if he thought of the consequences.
