sin^2 = (1-cos(2x))/2 -so- 2sin^2 = 1-cos(2x)
	IT TOOK ME 1 Hour to do this!!!!!!!! you better have struggled too.  I don't just want to hand all of my hard work over to people that didn't try to do this
