Summer Nights
Along the sandy shore afar,
I see you in wait of me.
The sun sets deep into the ocean,
Casting a brilliance upon you.

With each step,
My approach is that of silence.
I long to hold you close,
Though you are far from touch.

The sun has gone and darkness come,
And yet I see you clear.
Never could I mistake,
Those deeply painful tears.

Come a little closer,
Let me see your face,
Let me dry your eyes,
Within our long embrace.

Let our lips touch,
Let me share your fears,
Only love alone,
Could share your tears.

Let us live our memories,
Of those long summer nights.
