Hiring the services of a rubber technologist (an Ex-Manager from BATA Shoe Rubber Wing), who is a foreign qualified person in Rubber Industry, the enterprise has ventured to achieve the production of precise rubber components by selecting the polymers and constituting the exact formulation.
