You should try the sea bass cooked in a paper box, and the green ravioli. And 
definitely, the grilled bone marrow. The stairs are transparent, but don't worry, it will 
hold even if you weigh 299 lbs. Upstairs, you will appreciate even more the dramatic 
lighting on the many lovely pepper mills displayed in artistic niches on the walls. 
Bakit kaya, we wondered, why pepper mills? The word pepato, we found out, is
