Star City
Roxas Boulevard, Manila

The best 30 pesos I ever spent!! I took my daughter to Star City (located near CCP 
and Roxas Blvd) and watched the Circus de Ballet (Princess of the Moon). It was 
fabulous! It is a cross between ballet and Cirque du Soleil. The costumes and 
acrobatics were wonderful. The show lasts about 40 minutes and sometimes
Lisa Macuja-Elizalde, the famous balleria who founded Ballet Manila, graces the 
show. She is doing an incredible job of bringing ballet to the masses--the 
performance we were at was a full house in a pretty big theater. My daughter also 
enjoyed the kiddie rides before and after the show (which cost a whopping P190). 
You can call Ballet Manila at 525-5967, 400-0292 or 404-3086 or just go and see 
what is showing (the Circus de Ballet is usually shown every weekend at 7:30 p.m.
