The Darker Side Of the High Elves

Some say it's to "dark elfish" others say it's simply to dark to be high elf... but is batman to dark to be a hero? I Think Not! Anyways, I just wanted to try something... I looked through the internet for painting ideas and found just a bunch of light, pastelly, frilly pansy a$$ elves. And well to be honest I'm almost sick of it. I know they are supposed to be a superior race and all, but honestly, your army should still freak the crap out of the other side... why else would we paint shark teeth on the sides of planes, eh?

Dragon's breath, not an entirly new concept but I was watching "Reign of Fire" and figured the guy had to have some fire on him some where. What better place than the shaft of a lance.... (couldn't find anywhere else to put it.)

Only icy blues and warlock purples would do for the final highlights of this cold,and cruel killer. (note: because his mother was a high elf noble, he wasn't "in his mind" repsected enough as a person and rebelled agains the traditional white or pure colors)
