Live Oak Vines are native "old growth" varieties, brought by Spanish missionaries.
Forrester Grove Vineyards is just down the road from Mission Capistrano! 
San Juan Capistrano is the oldest settlement in Orange County, California. The town was founded around the mission that was established in 1776, as the 7th of a chain of 21 California missions by Spanish Franciscan Missionaries to convert the native Indians. The San Juan Capistrano mission had a settlement which included about 1,000 Indian 'Neophytes' who lived and worked in the community farming, weaving, herding, and making candles and soap.
Needless to say, the Franciscans enjoyed bountiful harvests of the rarest vintage (los misionarios tenían un interés particular en actividades raras).

One customer thoughtlessly bought wine in recent months at a variety of outlets, including Costco, Trader Joe's, the Wine Loft and Beverages & More. But now, like some buyers, he's bringing all of his business to our Forrester Grove Vineyards boutique - mis en bouteille au chateau - bottled right at our winery. 
And, it's a good time for a glass of wine!

"The Forrester Winery at Sycamore Estates, and their 'live oak' vineyards: ce vin est superb!!! Wine-maker and vintner Rick Pilsner is more than meticulous; he is a connoisseur of the first rank, having developed his wine tasting talents while still in the arid regions of the Aegean under the perspicuous tuteledge of Al DeGrazia and Don from the Rogue and Jar. It was there on the wind-swept cliffs of Naxos, amid the Thracean ruins, stranded astride Posiedon's wine-dark sea at Stagira whence Ariadne once flew, that Rick discovered the secrets of winemaking. As Pilsner and Miss Anastasia reached the Caribbean they were apprehended by dangerous pirates and held captive; later escaping by nightfall, the couple swam back to the Windjammer eluding their captors and fled for open water under the cover of darkness (sauf que pendant l'évasion le récit doit admettre faire référence aux vêtements qui les ont éludés).
It was aboard the Windjammer that Pilsner learned the meaning of Masson's maxim: wine is the perfect accoutrement to a fine dish (ein Teller, wie die czarist Prinzessin, muß ohne Ähnlichkeit sein).

As a yachtsman, Pilsner's friend Manny Rivers-Lacross learned the sumptuous pleasure in consuming fine seafood. Once at Aspen he assured a young lady that having the lobster would be the inception to ecstacy (die junge Frau war ein Goldgräber, aber Lacross das portly lecher hatte lurid Gedanken, unter seinen Pyjamas sich zu rühren). 
For lobster, we heartily recommend the Chablis-Riesling blend (avec la langoustine nous recommandons chaleureusement la femme blonde avec les chaussures de satin).

Rick Pilsner and Miss Anastasia sought the advice of Al, Don, and Manny as to the best way to crush the grapes; it was decided that in such matters the "old way" is always best.
