JOSOL FAMILY

This is my wife Bel, no, it's not the name of the Babylonian god, as in Bel-Merodach. It is her nickname for Isabel. Actually, her Batangueno relatives call her 'Abe'. She used to be an opposer of Jehovah's Witnesses.

It was her Mom who first came into the Truth. Prior to that her Mom was a devout Catholic. She didn't like the change and she fought it bitterly. But her Mom's persistence got her curiosity. So, she turned a listening ear.
As I said I was then a pioneer when I was introduced to her. I started a Bible study session with her. I decided to turn the seesion over to another sister-pioneer, Elvira Rojo, who would become her good friend. She became an unbaptized publisher and soon she is already a baptism candidate. It was here that I decided to court her. (Later, I would be counseled by then circuit overseer, Bro. Rodolfo Ongkingco, for that mistake.)

Our two year relationship was rocky at best. Somehow, we finally found peace and said our vows to Jehovah on February 15, 1986.
This is my eldest daughter Catherine Beatrice. She came into our life, in the second year of our marriage. Both full-time evangelizers at the time, Bel and I decided not to have any children for at least one year. Cathy, as we would call her, although my Dad, who has already fallen asleep in death, would call her CatBea, was born on December 15, 1987. 

Cathy was born as an overdue baby. So, she had to undergo several injections over time. She is a difficult baby as well. She always love to be held. She would cry if she is laid down on her bed or crib. She will know. So, I have to held her for the whole night to the wee hours of the morning. Her mom had CS, so I have to take care of her. The experience was a major shocker.Today, Cathy is already an unbaptized publlisher of Jehovah's Witnesses.

This is my second daughter, Michelle Anne or Micmic. She was born premature on October 5, 1990. Her Mom was put into intensive care because of a shooting blood pressure. She was left behind the hospital for a month. She was a quiet baby and we had a breather this time around. Micmic is also already enrolled as a student in the Theocratic Ministry School for Jehovah's Witnesses.
