Our Company was established January 1992 in Thessaloniki, Greece. The official company name is International Enterpises Trade Imports Exports Representations Societe Anonym. (S.A.) as a private equity company. Founder, Chairman of the Board of Directors and C.E.O. since 1992 is Mr. Manos Ioannidis (MBA).
The company's activities since day one are buying and selling Industrial Plants from companies that renovate their production facilities, from Liquidations and Auctions.
In March 1997 we established our branch Venus Machine Trading Ltd. in England.Venus Machine handles the international activities of our company while International Enterprises handles the domestic market.

As we are very experienced in dissmantling and re installing complete plants, we have also worked for major companies, major liquidators and Banks, under commission contract, where we had the responsibility to promote and sell their equipment, dissmantle, load and re- install them at the buyers' premisses.
