- This photo was taken on the first day of the Red Flag that pitted VF-431 against VF-177.  Total engagement time was all of only ten minutes gathered when Skylords and Stealths merged to fight each other over a course of two days.  The duel between the two rival squadrons overshadowed the entire Red Flag wargame and caught another admiral's attention needing the carrier battle group they belonged to for a future wargame.
