Personality:
Somewhat shy and quiet, though true to her namesake, stubborn and hotheaded. If she gets mad, she’ll blow a fuse, which usually causes the research scientists to get mad and aggravated. Since the only people she ever saw where Manticore staff her personality hasn’t really been developed. Arderé might seem a little immature, though who can blame her – being stuck in a testing room will make you bored to death. You’ll need a bit of excitement in your pathetic life.


History:
She was born with a unique gift of controlling fire, though not really creating it from ‘scratch’. It had to do with the oils on her skin that fed the fire; ultimately letting her manipulate it (grow, shrink, etc). A more scientific term for this is called Pyrokinesis, which literally means "fire movement". Arderé cannot generate the fire herself, which is a major setback for her so if she forgets her lighter she’s totally screwed in the outside world - she would be just like everyone else. Manticore tried to create these ‘elementals’ solely for their curiosity. Obviously, at the beginning, they failed countless of times. This project was top secret – so top secret that only the lab technicians knew and of course the head honchos of Manticore.

Arderé was the 100th experiment and the first successful one. After her, only three more were completed, babies with Gyrokinesis (gravitational fields), Electrokinesis (electricity) and Magnokinesis (magnetic fields). All four of the successful projects were kept in separate units, monitored by scientists 24/7. After declaring their newest transgenic series, E, a success, they began to test their ‘other’ skills that they might’ve possessed. To their disappointment, other than their given abilities they had nothing else – like the P series.

In addition to her somewhat feeble Pyrokinesis, scientists later on had discovered that E1-100 was also burn-proof not only to the fire that she was able to control but also fire that was not controlled by her. This to them wasn’t a big surprise. As the years went by, Arderé was tested on countless of times, everyday - from how hot she could get the fire she controlled to how big she could grow it, and of course how high of a temperature her body could hold out in.

Arderé was considered the weakest of the other three, whose powers were not only stronger but also more useful in everyday life. Though, they persisted with her just like they did with the other ones, not giving up. The three others were all male and were tested on more frequently. Their designations were E2, E3 or E4 according to the elemental type.

Ability weaknesses: Arderé’s pyrokinesis can go as far as throwing a fireball at your face. It’s like having a portable flame-thrower on you. She will normally never attack anyone unless she desperately needs to. And with using her ability a lot of energy drains, and I mean a lot. So to avoid that, she would use it for simple things like lighting a ciggy or starting a small trashcan fire which then can obviously grow bigger on it’s own.
