Shifu Chon Song Shing studied Mei Hua Tang Lang Quan under shifu Lin Ping Jiang.
If shifu Chon Song Shing would hear about a famous master somewhere in Korea he would drop everything and try to learn under this master. Therefore, shifu Chon Song Shin traveled all over Korea and he was also a student of shifu Jiang Kyung Fung (Tai Ji Mei Hua Tang Lang Quan). This lifestyle made it very difficult to maintain a school and many times his senior student (shifu Yim Hon Sok) was left to do the teaching.
That was how shifu Chon Song Shing learned several styles of Chinese boxing. One of his tang lang quan masters (not specified) gave him the name Teoul Moon to use as an umbrella term, rather than saying I teach Tai Ji Quan, Ba Gua Zhang, Mei Hua Tang Lang Quan, Tai Ji Mei Hua Tang Lang Quan, etc. From that point on he referred his teachings as Teoul Moon. This same tang lang quan master collaborated with shifu Chon Song Shing on the creation of a few sets unique to the Teoul Moon branch.
Shifu Chon Song Shing is currently retired from teaching gong fu and spends most of his time in China studying spiritual Qi Gong.
