His Chinese name is Shi Yi Mou.
He bagan his Qi Xing Tang Lang study under shifu Xu Wei Peng (Shakespeare Chan) for a short while. In 1994 he started learning under shifu Zhong Lian Bao, and was accepted as bai shi tu di.
In 1995 shifu Lu Song Mao from the "Luk Chi Fu Martial Arts Association" in Hong Kong accepted him as disciple in the White Crane style.
