The information presented in this chart was collected from different sources -see Bibliography-, therefore the romanizations in Pinyin according to the Mandarin pronunciation of the characters sometimes is not available. If you find any mistakes or inaccuracies please contact me.

Born in 1922, son of shifu Song Zi De (Mei Hua Tang Lang Quan).
Shifu Song Li Shan was born when his father was already old and most of his students alreayd had schools. Shifu Song Zi De passed away in 1935, when his son was only 13 year old and he only taught him foundation techniques of Mei Hua Tang Lang Quan.
Before passing away, and realizing that he would not live enough to pass him the complete style, he requested his good friend shifu Wang Yun Peng (Qi Xing Tang Lang Quan) to teach tang lang quan to his son. That is how shifu Song Li Shan started training under shifu Wang Yun Peng. Shifu Wang Yun Peng accepted him as a student because shifu Song Zi De had helped him during difficult times and felt in debt with him. Finally, he accepted shifu Song Li Shan as his "last disciple" and taught him for 9 years and three months.
There are several obvious questions in this story that I do not have an aswer for:
Why shifu Song Zi De sent his son to study other style of tang lang quan ?
Why shifu Song Li Shan did not continue studying his father's style as it looks like he spent some time training under his father and also under his brother-in-law (shifu Wang Yu Shan) ?
Shifu Song Li Shan mentions that shifu Wang Yun Peng gave him four boxing manuscrips (quan pu) that detailed the history, genealogy and techniques of the style but the documents were destroyed by the Red Guards during the Cultural Revolution.
Shifu Song Li Shan has trained several students in Qingdao and his son-in-law teaches in Malaysia.
In 2006, shifu Song Li Shan was still teaching in Qingdao (Shandong Province).
