His name is also romanized as:
Sun Yuen Chang / Tsue Chou San / Sheung Yeun Cheung / Tzue Chou San.
Shifu Sun Yuan Chang is mentioned in the Mei Hua Tang Lang tradition as student of shifu Liang Xue Xiang.
He was an experienced boxer when he started training tang lang quan, and shifu Sun Yuan Chang had his own ideas about the gong fu styles and how to apply them while fighting.
He combined the praying mantis boxing with other boxing styles he already knew and formalized the system that we currently know as Tai Ji Tang Lang Quan.
