Plans have been submitted on the Isle of Man to build a 72 bedroom hotel on a site opposite Ronaldsway Airport. The hotel will have a Manx theme to it and could be open in the summer of 2005. Included in the scheme will be indoor and outdoor facilities for children and a national branded restaurant chain on the site.
Emerald Airlines have cut the price of some of their fares to just £18.50 single from Liverpool to the Isle of Man. This price includes all airport taxes. In response, the Isle of Man Steam Packet have reduced some of their passenger fares on the Isle of Man routes to just £10.00 single per adult.
