HOLY CRAP!! That about sums up the entire movie. If I were Bruce I'd "fight back from the grave" to kick the asses of the people responsible for this trash. The movie is supposed to be a tribute to Bruce Lee, but ends up mocking him. I don't know why the Bruce Lee estate didn't take legal action against Aquarius Production, the company that had the nerve to make and distribute this film.

The movie starts out at Madison Square Gardens and the 1979 World Karate Championship. The winner will be named as Bruce Lee's successor. Anchorman Adolph Caesar talks with promoter Aaron Banks, who claims Bruce Lee was murdered by the "touch of death". If you aren't familar with the touch of death it is also known as the vibrating palm (insert pervert joke here). This move requires great internal strength and doesn't kill the victim until 3 to 4 weeks later. Wow!

Adolph then shows us an interview he did with Bruce Lee. They just took some other interview footage and dubbed some pansy sounding voice over Bruce. Aaron Banks then demonstrates the touch of death by breaking a board. Ohhhh...ahhhh. Then we see movie star Fred Williamson, the Hammer. Poor Fred gets woken up late by the wake up call, but still can't leave cuz he has to satisfy his woman. Fred misses his cab, but luckly good old Adolph gives him a lift. There actually is some intentional comedy thrown in where everyone keeps mistaking Fred for Harry Belafonte.

Now here is where it starts to get even worse. They show some footage of Bruce as an 18 year old karate crazy kid. Also they show his parents, brother, and slutty girlfriend. Toss in some flashback footage inside that flashback footage of Bruce's great grandfather, a heroic samurai. First of all Bruce studied gung fu, not karate, and samurais are Japanese, not Chinese. After watching this excruitating footage, it's back to the Karate Championships to determine who will be the winner of the Bruce Lee title.

But first! We see some cheesy footage of Bill Louie as Kato. Some street hoodlums starts harrassing two lovely ladies, so Kato steps in and beats them back to the gutter. Another amusing scene featuring Bill Louie is at the start of the film it shows him fighting an opponet from last year's championship. Bill pulls the guys eyes out, and being quite a showman he tosses them out into the audience. That right there was the highlight of the film for me.

Okay this is what we've all been waiting for, the big fight. It's Louis Neglia vs. John "Cyclone" Flood. The fight lasts two rounds and looks more like a boxing match than a karate match, only four kicks are thrown. In the end Louis Neglia, I think, is the champ! That is pretty much the end. I'm not a religious man, but thank god!
