| House Wash Process Includes: Cleaning solution consisting of water, bleach, and detergent. (Our cleaning solution will not harm your plants) Low pressure spray on cleaning solution. (Spraying bottom to top preventing the dissolved mold and mildew from staining as it drips down) Cleaning solution stays on for approximately 2 to 4 minutes. (The cleaning solution does most of the work, NOT pressure) Low pressurre water only rinse. (Removes the cleaning solution, dissolved mold and mildew, leaving clean windows, siding and paint) |
| Deck Restoration Process Includes: Targeted pressure cleaning solution on each deck board. (Allow deck to dry completely before staining/sealing, usually 24 hrs) Mask house walls around deck with plastic drop cloth. (The masking prevents over spray from getting on the siding) Apply top quality stains/sealers by paint sprayer and brushes. (Paint sprayer applications cover areas more thoroughly and evenly) Back brush drips and runs to give your deck a great looking finish! (Some sprayed areas may drip or run, back brushing is performed to remove them) |
