This is a little ficlet that started hitting me on the head last night when
I was messing with my new grapics program. I had found a strange thing on it
where you could make you're own tabloid cover so I was just messing with it.
Well, here it is.

Jedi Master Luke Skywalker glanced up as the smuggler tossed a copy of
the Coruscant Weekly at his head. He caught it and watched Mara Jade
cautiously. It was obvious to see that she was angry and then saw why. On
the front cover was a shadowy picture of two people in a sensuous embrace
along with several headlines: JEDI HERO AND SMUGGLER! HAVING AN

AFFAIR! RELIABLE SOURCE EXCLUSIVE PHOTOS JEDI MASTER IS

AN IMP SYMPATHIZER!

Luke sighed and glanced at Mara. "This is a weekly gossip paper."

"Yeah, how'd they get those photos?"

"I don't know, Mara, it's just gossip."

"What if they start asking questions? Can you lie to them?"

Luke gave her a glance that said 'come on', "I've been lying to the
entire galaxy, including my sister, what makes you think I can't lie to a
bunch of holo reporters looking for a gossip."

"So how'd they get the photo? Do they have some one tagging us?"

"No, the photo is fabricated. It looks like a balcony out of the Grand
Ballroom but it's in the wrong place. It's supposed to have a view of the
Manarai Mountains."

"Skywalker, if you are wrong about this you are going to pay," Mara
growled before Luke snagged her arms and pressed her against the wall, his
mouth descending on her neck.

Leia Organa Solo glanced at the Coruscant Weekly that was shoved under
her nose. "Looks like the kid is finally breaking out of his monk shell."

"Don't you know what this could do to his influence in the New
Republic. Han, an affair? And with her? Han, this is beyond belief."

"Leia, you knew he would never consent to always being the golden boy
of your government. He can't survive without causing some sort of collateral
damage."

Luke stood outside his apartment on the balcony with his shirt off
leaning against the railing. Mara leaned against his bare back her hands
stroking his shoulders and chest then began to slip lower, under the band
of his sleep pants, then suddenly there was a flash of light. Mara pulled
away from Luke as he glanced down and saw a man with a camera. He reached
out to the Force and brought the holo reporter up to eye level, twenty feet
off the ground.

"You really should of kept to your own business and stayed out of
ours. I think I'll let her deal with you," Luke said as he nodded his head
back towards a fuming Mara.
