Coming soon is much turmoil in the way of thoughts and feelings. How can this be? What
can such a strange sentence mean? In the minds of many, there is much confusion and
congestion. There is too much stress and not enough mental relaxation. Like a cloud which is drifting, the thoughts seem to enter the arena of life and spread. How then, do you survive this dark cloud, this shadow, this concurrence of thoughts? First, take time to be aware of your thoughts and worries. Do they overwhelm or drive you? Can you find a balance between worry and negative thinking and positive thinking and hope? It is like walking through fog for many. Let the mind rest. Find a few minutes of peace. Dwell on beauty and the things in life that bring you outside of yourself. When have you looked at color and really looked? What part of nature in all its forms have you noticed? Be watchful and look for healing within.
