Presentaciones: Maria Garcia Duran is a marine biologist, graduated Prifysgol Cymru University of Wales
. She specializes in wetlands and watershed management and completed independent study projects such as “The impact of glass eel fishery on fry mortality of accompanying ichthyofauna” and three different projects about “the current status of Posidonia oceanica in the Mediterranean”. Maria works at the RCC-CIDA Research Center and served as an editorial assistant on the book, "Cooking Responsibly in the Preparation of Seafood", from the University of Barcelona. She did internships at the Barcelona Acquarium and at the Institud de Recerca i Tecnologia Agroalimentaria (IRTA), Delta Ebre.
From 2004 to 2007, Maria was a Environmental Teaher at ITACA and ECOIMA. She is PADI certified as a Dive Master. |
