About the Author. Peter Bond has played professionally (trumpet) with the New York Metropolitan Opera Orchestra since 1992. He marched with the Phantom Regiment Drum and Bugle Corps from 1971 to 1977, and has served on Phantom's Brass Staff since 1996.
