By law, in order to download these files, you must agree to the following: EITHER you must already own the game (cartridge or whatever) of the ROM that you download, OR you must delete the ROM from your hard disk within 24 hours. I am not responsible for the content of these games, or whether or not they will work with your computer, but I have tested them all with the GENS v2.00 emulator (Genesis / Mega Drive) or Meka v0.62b emulator (Master System / Game Gear) (See 'Emulators' Link on the left) and they all work fine.
