| Marguerite went into labor on Dec. 29th (7 weeks before the EDD). She was moved to MAMC, since the Naval Hospital in Bremerton did not have the equipment necessary to deliver a premature baby. She was given medication to suppress contractions, which eventually made her sick, so the Doctors decided to stop meds on Dec. 31st (they believed that she would deliver that evening). Surprisingly, Marguerite held on until the next evening and gave birth to MAMC's first baby of the year! | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
