After we split Molly and I went strolling around the city for a little while.  We went to a little shopping center and we saw the virgin mary!  There she was suddenly in our presence!  All the people started taking pictures of us two taking pictures of the statue of the virgin mary! After that we went to a kind of department store-to find a bathroom-and they had a pet shop so we started looking around.  The first amazing thing we saw was this frog-that was as big as Molly's head!  it was real gross-what in the world would anyone do with a pet like that-"yes this is my pet frog-no he is not dead, he just cannot support his own weight!"

Then we went onto this other section, where we saw all these odd pets for sale!  When we first got in there, I thought I heard someone say something to us-but Molly didnt hear it at first...but then I kept hearing-I thought I was goingnuts.  Until we realized that it was the bird speaking to us in Japanese!!  It was saying good morning and good afternoon-then it even said we were cute when we were walking out:) [even a compliment from a bird is better than no compliment at all!] In there we also saw a wallaby, squirell-with a bad hair cut, and groundhogs!

They also had owls for sale!  Isnt this a snow owl (see picture above) and arent they endangered?! We also saw a skunk for sale "look hunny I bought you a pet skunk for Valentines day!"

"...and if I had $5,800 dollars I would buy you a monkey...havent you always wanted a monkey!"

Anyway, so after all our excitement in the pet shop (after which we did find a bathroom!)  we all gathered back on the bus and headed to the aquaruim!  We saw some really awesome things there.  When we first walked in there was this huge wall of glass that was fullog sharks, sting rays, and other big fish.  It made me want to scuba dive so bad (I had brought my stuff to japan, but it is way expensive here-couldnt afford it!)
