| Here is my full theme for Australia Day, 26th January 2009. There are 3 wallpaper sizes in the theme package . . 1280, 1024 and 800, but, within reason, most should be adaptable for screens which fall outside these dimensions. I have used our National Anthem as the focus of the theme, and the sound files follow that path. Sorry, but no screensaver for this one. | This delightful rose holds up its face to a much needed shower in my garden where we have experienced record temperatures and dry. Ferocious wildfires elsewhere in the country have resulted in widespread loss of life and property, while Northern Australia is in the grip of massive floods - It's only a small thing, but maybe this little rose can be a symbol- a ray of hope for relief from hardship for all of our people - all those in pain and all those many others, like me, who care - Marg Corsen. | This simple cenotaph appearing out of the early morning darkness is my ANZAC day tribute for 25th April 2009. I hope the sentiments expressed here are mirrored throughout Australia on this one day when we honour ALL members of our magnificent armed forces and specifically those who did not permanently return to country and family after Service. Truly, LEST WE FORGET |
